Need to make an exchange? Lake Uniforms makes the exchange/store credit process as easy as it can be.
- Please email us at [email protected] to receive an exchange authorization.
- Exchange or Store Credit only. Store credit never expires
- All items exchanged must be in original condition and exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- Enclose your order summary with the items you want to exchange.
- Laundered, altered, worn, soiled or customized items are not exchangeable.
- All freight on returned packages must be prepaid.
- Charges for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
- Tags MUST be on all items.
- All non-standard items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All sales are final on clearance items, nursing dress and seasonal items
- All items MUST be free of odor of any kinds and pet dander
